Looking for a Used Car

We kick the tires

and drive the thing.

Does it rattle?

Does it Ping?

My back is tired.

My feet are sore.

I  didn't want

to see one car more!

But Hubby says

we've just begun.

I'd have settled

for car number one!

The sun is sinking

in the west.

He's finally decided

which one is best.

We're right back

where we began

He has his checkbook

in his hand.

Wasn't that a lot

of fun?

At last he buying

car number one!
